Terms of Service
Last updated: February 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of DMFlow. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with Instagram and Meta platform policies. Instagram Direct integrations require a Business or Creator account.
2. Acceptable use
- Use DMFlow only with official Meta/Instagram APIs.
- Do not spam, harass, or violate platform policies.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass safeguards.
- Do not use DMFlow to send misleading or harmful content.
3. Automations and content
You are responsible for automation logic, messages, and behavior. DMFlow provides tools, but you control what gets sent and when. Ensure your automations comply with platform rules and applicable laws.
4. Plans and limits
Your plan defines usage limits, features, and quotas. We may adjust limits as platform rules change or to protect reliability. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or disabled automations.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime can occur due to maintenance, incidents, or third-party dependencies.
6. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, access to automations and integrations will end.
8. Intellectual property
DMFlow and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and automation content, while granting us permission to process it to provide the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Your use is at your own risk.
